Situated in the hamlet of Newbiggin, near Askrigg in Wensleydale, Pound Cottage has been in our family since 1965 and is a much loved retreat from working life.  It benefits from a peaceful location with fantastic views, while being 15 minutes’ walk away from a village with 3 pubs and a small shop.

It sleeps four in one double and two single bedrooms and is an ideal base for enjoying walking in the Dales. 

We regret that we are not currently taking bookings from new visitors with children or dogs. We do not accept bookings for hen or stag parties.
